As a company, we are keeping an eye on the UK Government and Public Health England guidelines and advice about this pandemic. Please know we are doing everything possible to make the business run smoothly and safely.

Our extra safety precautions include:
• Office - We have added strict rules for members of staff regarding the cleanliness of themselves and their workplaces. Also, we request visitors to use hand sanitiser before entering the building.
• Symptoms - staff members with any possible symptoms are being asked to self-isolate for the recommended time period.
Quotations, product queries and customer support
Our knowledgeable teams will be available to help with any quotations or queries relating to products and services. We can be contacted during our normal office hours by phone, email and website contact form.
If the UK Government guidelines change regarding the workplace we will be capable of working from home to deliver our services by remote working.
From placing your order, we will continue as normal and deliver your products within the pre-agreed delivery timescale(s). If our 3rd party delivery services become affected by the current situation, causing any delivery delays we will contact you. Our website will be updated regularly and accordingly.
